James C. Logan, Executive Director
James C. Logan has been employed by the Construction Exchange since its inception in 1981 and was appointed Executive Director in 1982. Jim is responsible for the overall operations of the Construction Exchange. In addition to his duties as Executive Director, Jim is also Secretary/Treasurer of the Construction Industry Education Foundation.
Daniel M. Hogan, Associate Director
Daniel M. Hogan joined the Construction Exchange in August of 2005. Daniel's responsibilities consist of managing all of the Exchange's programs and services, developing and maintaining the online planroom, providing educational opportunities to members by offering seminars and construction industry related educational training programs, the monthly Update, maintaining the Exchange website and assisting the Executive Director as required.
Donna Pezzimenti, Plan Room Coordinator
Donna Pezzimenti joined the Construction Exchange in 1995. Responsibilities include maintaining a library of plans and bid documents, including pertinent information on projects such as bid date, valuation, and bid results. Daily activities include interfacing with architects, engineers, general contractors, sub-contractors, and construction managers. Donna prepares a weekly plan room report for distribution of the above information to the members of the Construction Exchange.
Sandy Lockwood, Bookkeeper
Sandy Lockwood joined the Construction Exchange in 1981. Her current position is bookkeeper. Her responsibilities include maintaining the financial records for the Construction Exchange and all of its affiliations as well as the preparation of payroll, tax forms and financial statements.
Cheryl Logan, Office Assistant
Cheryl Logan joined the Construction Exchange in September 1999. Her duties include acting as personal secretary to the Executive Director and assisting in all office-related functions as required.
Cyndie Buske, Office Assistant
Cindy joind the staff of the Construction Exchange in December of 2006. Her duties include the administration of the Health Care Program, the Construction Industry Education Foundation accounts as well as assisting in all office-related activities.
Liz Morehouse, Online Planroom Tech
Liz, joined the Construction Exchange in July 2008. Her duties include maintaining the online planroom and assisting in all office-related functions as required.
